Schneider + Nelson Audi is dedicated to providing the highest quality auto service to our customers' satisfaction as swiftly as possible. Keeping you in the driver's seat is our number one priority. Upon delivering your vehicle to our service center you will be greeted by one of our friendly experienced service advisors who will provide you with the high quality personal service Audi owners deserve and are accustomed to receiving from Schneider + Nelson Audi.

Schedule your appointment online and receive a 5% discount on your invoice. If you have any questions before bringing your vehicle in for service you can e-mail us now, or call for a prompt response.

Service Appointments:

For your convenience, it is recommended that you call our service department for a service reservation. Reservations are available during normal service hours and must be made through the service department. In the event that no service reservation is made, every effort will be made to see that your vehicle is addressed as quickly as possible. Also service reservations can be made through this web-site

Alternate Transportation:

We have a limited number of Audi Service Loaners which are given out for Service Appointments on a first come first serve basis, once all of the Audi loaners are given out we will provide you with a loaner through our local Enterprise Rent-A-Car.
